The Aizuri Quartet is rising as an ensemble of international distinction. Recent laureates of the renowned Osaka Chamber Music Competition (Japan), “M-Prize” Competition (University of Michigan), and Wigmore Hall Competition (London), they have served as ensemble-in-residence at leading institutions including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, the Ravinia Festival, and the Curtis Institute of Music. The ensemble has been praised by for their passionate and polished performances, and for their unique and inspired concert curation, as they champion substantial works of living composers alongside canonic works of the past.
